She made a last check to make sure she had everything.  Pistol, rifle, knife, and a little somethin' somethin' just in case...  "Oh yeah, you're ready."  It was always unpredictable what might happen if your target chooses the meeting spot, but this was all part of the job.  She held her rifle in one hand and opened the door with the other.  It slid open to reveal a seedy bar of what had to have been a bunch of lowlifes and criminals.  Now why would her client ask to meet here?  This might be trouble.  She walked in, drawing a lot of attention.  Along with having many of the physical features of a rabbit, she was a bounty hunter and she looked it, and a bounty hunter was probably the last thing most of these guys wanted to see.  She was wearing a red blouse that had a large cut down the middle down to the upper part of her stomach, a highly trimmed down leather sleeveless jacket that only went down to her mid abdomen, dark red tights with semi faded red pant legs covering her actual legs, and decorated with leather belts of all different sizes, a few old style clocks, some odd pieces of clothing on her hands and arms, and her weapons.  If the proper hat were added on she'd have a complete western outlaw style to her.  She looked around for her mark.  He was sitting across the room in a particularly dark area eating some food.  She walked over and sat down across from him.  "Hello, Mellockard."

"So, York sent a bunny girl, huh?"  He continued to eat.

"Mhm."  This man was pretty short, 5'4" or 5'5".  She took her rifle and leaned it on the edge of the table so it was pointed over the man's head.

While he still had food in his mouth, "What, does he want me dead now?"

"Not that I know of."  While looking straight at him she evened out her rifle to what she estimated would be a head shot at the wizard's full height.

He continued to eat.  "So what does he want?"

"He wants to see you, mind coming with me?"

"He wants to see me, huh?  I imagine he just wants to talk to me?  That overbearing brute of a watcher, how'd I get stuck under his jurisdiction?  The man's completely unfit for his job."  He finished eating then stood up.  "In fact-"

He never finished his statement.  She had underestimated his height, but the round found its way through the center of the target's neck and by how immediately he was affected she'd say it went through the base of his spine.  She quickly got up to check his body, looking for any trinkets that looked like they might be important.  With her keen ears she heard running and someone getting their weapon out.  She grabbed the body and quickly dragged it towards the bar counter so she could get some cover.  She had to abandon it halfway as the bullets were starting to fly.  She ducked behind the bar counter, and took a clock tied to her off hand and took a quick look around the corner using the reflective surface of the glass.  She then immediately bolted from her hiding spot, fired a burst at the 2 guards she was able to get a glimpse at, and then dived under a table at the other side of the room.  She turned back, and using the seat as some cover, mounted the rifle on it and took out 3 more guards who failed to react fast enough.  She waited till the rounds whizzing in front of her preventing her from getting out were being aimed somewhere else, then leaned out, aiming where the bullets looked like they were coming from and downed another guard.  She then bolted back to where the wizard's body was, grabbed it, heaved it over her shoulder, took a deep breath as she prepared to run, then bolted towards the door, making a quick spin as she shot a few pot shots at the remaining guards, disabling one as she made it to the door, pressed the button to open it, detached the watch from her belt as she ran out, started the timer and dropped it at the entrance as she got away.  As she was running down the alley she turned around and backpedaled to make sure no one was following her.  She saw a guard run out when her watch exploded and he was caught in the blast.  She then turned the corner and ran the backstreets to an abandoned warehouse she had rented out before attempting this.  She got in her small, modified cargo ship and, having completed her mission, took off away from that place and let autopilot take over while she took a breather and lay back as she completed another successful mission.
So this was based on a drawing by a 1Narane1 that I really really liked. So I asked him if I could write something based on it and he said he didn't really care, but he imagined this character as a Han Solo type of character (which played into what I was imagining for this piece) and so I made up a name and wrote this from there. This is after my "editor" ran through it and "fixed" (right... fixed...) things up for me. I really can't say all that he did but he assures me punctuation and grammar wise it's an improvement, so I'll be taking his word for that. By the way, here's the link to the original pic [link]
